From CAD file to functional part in 3–5 working days.
Jargon3D designs, prints and finishes engineering parts for manufacturers, product teams and labs. FDM, multi-material and carbon-fibre composites, produced in-house under NDA.
Services
One team from geometry to finished part — or any single step in between.
Form, fit and function prototypes in days, so you can test before committing to tooling.
Batches of 10 to a few hundred end-use parts, without moulds or minimum orders.
Production-ready models from sketches, drawings or a spec. STEP, STL and native files.
Scan legacy or broken parts and rebuild them as editable CAD.
Redesign parts for printing: fewer components, less weight, no unprintable features.
Support removal, sanding, priming, painting, inserts and assembly.

How a project runs
Four steps, one engineer as your contact throughout.
30 minutes with an engineer to review the part and requirements.
Fixed price, process, material and lead time in writing.
CAD or DfAM work if needed, then printing on our in-house machines.
Post-processing, dimensional check and dispatch.

We sign your NDA (or ours) before any file is shared. Files are stored on access-controlled servers and deleted on request.
Typically ±0.2 mm on FDM and ±0.15 mm on carbon-fibre parts. Tighter features can be post-machined.
